If you’re having issues or need more information to get the most out of your Abundant Permaculture membership then check out the details below.

My payment failed. How can I update my credit card details?

Go to your account and login if not already using the credentials you setup when you registered on the site. Once on the account page click on the “Subscriptions” link. Once there click the “Update” link. You will be taken to a page to add new credit card details and then click the “Update Credit Card” button. That’s it, you’re done!

*If you are using PayPal to pay then you can update your payment information through their site and it should communicate with us to get your account current again. If it doesn’t after a few days then just reach out.

Where do I go to login?

Head to this page to login. There should also be a form on any private member page, like the video library, that allows you to login if you’re not already. Hint: click the checkbox to “remember me” and you’ll stay logged in for several weeks at a time if you use the same device.

What if I forgot my password?

Go to the login page here and click on the link called “Forgot Password” under the login button. From there you can input your email address and you’ll be sent an email with a link to reset the password. After that you should be able to login with your email address and new password.

What if I forget my username?

We’ve tried to make it easy on you as possible, so we’ve made the email address used during the signup process as your username on the site.

How do I join the Facebook community? 

Click on the link right here to go to Facebook and request access. You’ll have to answer a few questions. Our goal is to get you approved within 24 hours through the week. A bit longer if it’s a weekend. If you’re in any sort of trial period we’ll approve you after you become a full paying member.

Can I download the videos? 

All the videos are available to be streamed 24/7 from any device but they cannot be downloaded.

I already own Permaculture Chickens film, is this the same login information?

No, we deliver Permaculture Chickens through a service called Gumroad. You can login there. If it’s been awhile search your email for “Gumroad” and you should find your receipt and details to login. If you have any problems. Contact us here with your information.

I already own The Ten Hour Homestead course, is this the same login information?

No, you can login to the course here.

What if I’d like to cancel my membership?

Contact us anytime to cancel by emailing: abundantpermaculturecs@gmail.com.  After cancellation you won’t be charged again but you will keep access until the end of the term you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Within 30 days of starting your membership you can contact us to have your purchase refunded. After that time you can cancel anytime but you won’t be refunded for any purchases.

How do I upgrade to an annual account?
